1. Wher to find the catalog?
You can find the catalog under the ⚙️ Toothed wheel > Catalog.
2. What can be found in the catalog?
You will find, categorized under different tabs: policies, questionnaires, measures, metrics & indicators, actions, recurring tasks, and existing connectors.
Anything modeled by the Tenacy teams is marked as "Public". You will also find a list of items you create within the solution, marked as "Private".
3. How to use items from the catalog?
You can consult the public catalog anytime and use various items.
🔎 You cannot directly modify items (policies, measures, etc.) labeled as "Public". Similar to a municipal library, you can view the information and copy them to use and modify on your end.
Policies
You can use public policies as they appear in the catalog. These are policies included in your licenses.
If you want to benefit from a modeled policy (mapping of measures, indicators, and recurring tasks) but wish to modify the policy, you can do so by copying the public policy. This way, you'll have a private policy that you can modify as you wish.
This will count in your license quotas as a used public policy.
You can also export/import your policy XLS files via the catalog.
Questionnaires
The functioning is similar to policies. You'll find various private and public questionnaires in your environment and can copy existing public questionnaires if needed.
Measures
The measures tab allows you to see all public measures created by the Tenacy teams. You can view their connections to various policies, see their descriptions, copy them, operate on them, or build them.
You can also copy public measures to modify them according to your needs in your security framework or create new measures.
💡 Please inform us if you have cases for integration into the public catalog.
⚠️ If you copy and modify a measure, you'll need to apply each change manually afterward.
Actions
In this tab, you have the option to create action templates.
Action templates serve as templates. If you frequently create actions following the same pattern, you can use action templates, which may include sub-tasks if needed.

Metrics and Indicators
Here, you'll find all metrics and indicators previously created by the Tenacy teams. You can create a copy or directly operate on them.
Recurring Tasks
Find all recurring tasks created by the Tenacy teams and linked to other items (measures, policies, etc.) here.
Like metrics and indicators, you can copy or directly operate on them from the catalog.
Connectors
Access the list of existing connectors at Tenacy. Depending on your license, you can instantiate them from the catalog and find comprehensive documentation about each.
