Your customer portal allows you to view bug tickets and product features requests submitted by you and your organization.You will be able to see what has been created and their status.
Where to find your customer portal?
You will find the customer portal on the home page of the knowledge base.

How do I access the customer portal?
This portal is linked to our Hubspot CRM, if you wish to consult this portal you must create a password.
