1. When will Tenacy model NIS 2 for France?

We will model the NIS 2 policy when the French transposition is officially released in the official journal.

In the meantime, we are presenting our NIS 2 guidelines. This new reference in the Tenacy catalog represents our current interpretation of the directive.

2. Do these guidelines apply to different countries?

Yes, as they are an interpretation of the directive, not specific transpositions.

3. How to integrate our NIS 2 guidelines into your environment?

You can find the reference in the policy catalog:

Cogwheel > Catalog > Policies.

🔎This article reminds you how to assign a perimeter to a policy so that you can integrate the reference into your environment.

4. How to transition from guidelines to official transposition in Tenacy at the time of publication?

Transpositions will be modeled in the measures catalog, ensuring the preservation of work done around the guidelines (multi-compliance principle).

You can simply associate a new public policy with your Tenacy perimeter at the time of transposition publication.

💡In case of license limits, you can disassociate the "guidelines" policy from the scope, replacing it with the desired transposition public policy. The historical score on the guidelines will be retained (e.g., in dashboards) but not recalculated

It is noteworthy that national transpositions will be more specific than the directive. Therefore, you should expect a lower but more reliable score on the official NIS 2 public policy compared to the guidelines.
