1. What is a sandbox ?

⚠️ The sandbox is wiped out by the production environment every 15th of the month

The sandbox is a test environment that allows you to try out different configurations without directly impacting your production environment.

🔎 The sandbox isn't a pre-production environment, only a test environment based on your production.

For the sake of consistency between the sandbox and your production space, the sandbox is wiped ouy by the production environment every 15th of the month.

You can carry out tests at the beginning or end of the month.

💡 If you have a dedicated server, you can update your sandbox anytime. You can ask you CSM.
