How to copy answers from a previous questionnaire?

As part of an evaluation, you can copy the answers from a previous questionnaire.

🔎 To access this functionality, it is necessary to carry out an initial evaluation campaign including a questionnaire on one of your internal perimeters, applications or suppliers.

Summary :

  1. Create a campaign including a questionnaire
  2. Answer the questionnaire from "contributions"
  3. Validate the questionnaire
  4. Copy previous answers.

1. Create a campaign including a questionnaire

To do this, configure your campaign from "Evaluations" then launch it. Select one or more perimeters.

4. Copy previous answers

Reproduce step 1 on the same scope and the same questionnaire.

🚨It is not possible to take advantage of the “copy previous responses” functionality if the second campaign concerns another perimeter/another questionnaire.

You can always use the XLS export of the answers from the first evaluation and import the latter (after adjustment in your file) into the second evaluation.

You can now go to “contributions” to answer the questionnaire a second time. The solution will automatically ask you to copy the previous answers.

All you have to do is adjust the answers if necessary!

This functionality is particularly useful if you regularly evaluate suppliers or scopes.
